What You'll Do
- Open and set up new personal injury cases
- Manage and maintain accurate case data in Filevine and other systems
- Prepare legal documents and coordinate client signatures
- Communicate with insurance carriers and third parties
- Verify and collect critical case information and documentation
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and quality throughout the case-opening process What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in a law firm, legal support, insurance claims, or administrative role
- Advanced English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience handling confidential information Nice to Have:
- Personal Injury experience
- Filevine and/or VineSign experience
- Insurance verification or legal documentation background
