Job Title: Head of Revenue Operations

Location: Remote | Peru

Salary Range: Up to USD 6,000 per month

Work Schedule: US business hours

About the Role

Lead the Revenue Operations function. Own forecasting, compensation and quota design, revenue reporting, and the GTM systems roadmap while directing the specialists who deliver the work.

Key Responsibilities

- Own sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and board-level revenue reporting.
- Design sales compensation plans and set quotas.
- Lead GTM systems strategy and architecture.
- Run or establish deal-desk processes and improve cross-functional revenue operations.
- Direct builders and administrators and help lead the Revenue Operations team.

Qualifications





- At least seven years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations at B2B SaaS or B2B services companies.
- Head, director, or equivalent leadership ownership of a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function.
- Direct responsibility for revenue forecasting, reporting, and compensation design.
- Experience making GTM systems decisions and directing technical specialists.
- Strong spoken and written English and the ability to lead cross-functional decisions.

Experience managing a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations team.
