- Optimisation of processes on the production line, optimal deployment of staff
- Independent operation of the machine/plant
- Checking and monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations, cleanliness and tidiness
- Supporting staff induction and professional development
- Ensuring products are delivered on time
- Compliance with all relevant safety requirements
- Preparing for changes to existing products or the introduction of new products on the production line What you bring with you
- Ideally, some experience in the food sector
- Enjoy working with people and machinery
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage
