Qualifications:
- Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or a comparable field
- Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, particularly servers, UPS systems, transformers, power distribution, and cooling systems
- Experience working with ticketing systems as well as maintenance or asset management systems
- Ability to assess technical incidents based on their operational impact and prioritize them accordingly
- Structured working style, strong sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for coordinating technical processes
