The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Management Intern – Ride-Hailing to help drive the growth of our strategic partnerships with mobility platforms.

You will support account management and performance monitoring, helping improve driver engagement, productivity, and overall experience across our affiliated driver network.

You will work closely with our Partnerships, Contact Center, and Support teams, combining commercial management with KPI analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive results.





Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the activity and performance of drivers affiliated with our partner platforms.
- Support partner relationship management and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across each account.
- Analyze metrics such as online hours, acceptance rate, gross merchandise value (GMV), driver activity, and retention.
- Identify growth opportunities and flag driver inactivity or potential churn.
- Coordinate with Contact Center and Support teams to implement solutions and improve operational performance.
- Prepare reports and data analyses to support commercial decision-making.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving driver activation, productivity, and experience.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related field, preferably in the final semesters.
- Interest in developing a career in commercial management, strategic partnerships, operations, and data analytics.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.




- Availability to complete an on-site internship in Lima Norte (San Martín de Porres).
