This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and providing outstanding service to customers in both English and Spanish.As a key member of our agency, you will help clients navigate their insurance policies, answer questions, process policy changes, and ensure they receive the exceptional support they deserve. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. Licensing is preferred, but candidates who are willing to obtain their insurance license after hire are encouraged to apply. We provide training, support, and assistance throughout the licensing process.Position Overview

As a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Associate, you will serve as an important point of contact for our clients, helping them understand their coverage, manage their policies, and address service-related needs. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will help ensure all clients receive a high level of care and support.This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing insurance agency while developing valuable customer service and insurance industry knowledge.Key Responsibilities





Assist English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage updatesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person interactionsProcess policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and documentation requestsEducate clients on policy features, coverage options, and insurance processesMaintain accurate customer records and agency documentationResolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detailConduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better serve clients' insurance needsSupport the agency's sales and service efforts through follow-up and customer retention activitiesCollaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experienceQualifications
