? Location: On-site (Lima, Peru or Córdoba, Argentina)
? Schedule: Monday to Friday | Business Hours
? Employment Type: Full-time
? Language Requirement: Advanced English
What You'll Do
✅ Open and set up new personal injury cases
✅ Manage and maintain accurate case data in Filevine and other systems
✅ Prepare legal documents and coordinate client signatures
✅ Communicate with insurance carriers and third parties
✅ Verify and collect critical case information and documentation
✅ Ensure compliance, accuracy, and quality throughout the case-opening process
What We're Looking For
✔ 1-2 years of experience in a law firm, legal support, insurance claims, or administrative role
✔ Advanced English communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
✔ Experience handling confidential information
⭐ Nice to Have:
- Personal Injury experience
- Filevine and/or VineSign experience
- Insurance verification or legal documentation background
