Job Description
* Manage finance & treasury matters for Invested/project companies (e.g. legal documents, fund flows).
* Prepare inter-company agreements
* Manage onshore/offshore inter-company loans incl. interest income / expense
* Execute banking transactions for project companies
* Support month end closing for respective companies
* Support reporting and month end closing for FX deal related### Job

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking Operations.
* Experience in managing intercompany transactions, loans, and fund flow arrangements.
* Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking transactions.




* Familiarity with onshore and offshore financing structures, including intercompany loans and interest calculations.
* Knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing processes, and accounting principles.
* Experience in preparing and reviewing legal and financial documentation, including intercompany agreements.
* Understanding of foreign exchange (FX) transactions and related reporting requirements.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP (SAP experience is an advantage).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple entities and regions.
