Position Overview
The Land Enrolment Lead will lead the commercial strategy and end‑to‑end closing of the landowner enrolment process for the project—maximizing volume and speed through segmented value propositions (sustainable cattle + reforestation). The role reports directly to the Project Manager and coordinates cross‑functionally with all involved teams. The person must be reliable, collaborative, and values‑driven, performing efficiently across all responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy & Leadership – Design and execute the territorial commercial plan (coverage, quotas, segment mix). Run the daily pipeline process (full funnel, risks, forecast, next steps). Coach field teams on the value narrative, objection handling, and closing. Align the segment offer with the land suitability analysis, Social guidelines, Farm Management Plan, and Legal Admin due diligence; remove cross‑team bottlenecks.
- Landowner Relationships – Form and maintain strong relationships with landowners. Maintain productive and professional communication with landowners and other stakeholders.
- Communication, Marketing & Community Relations – Design and implement the Communication Plan by audience (ranchers, associations, leaders,
authorities): key messages, FAQs, and scripts. Produce marketing content: brochures, handouts, success stories, short formats for WhatsApp/local media, and materials for Farmer Field Schools. Build presence and engagement in local/digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups), ensuring message consistency.
- Land Pipeline Development – Build a prioritized portfolio (size, tenure, suitability, risk) and territorial visit routes. Map and manage stakeholders (Cattle Ranchers Roundtables, associations, local leaders, authorities) to accelerate referrals and permits. Generate new opportunities (referrals, events, demonstrative farmer field schools) with disciplined follow‑up.
- Workflow Coordination & Quality Control – Ensure complete field forms and formats (IDs, signatures, photo/georeferenced evidence where applicable) in coordination with the integral team. Ensure consistency between all key documents including the contract, legal and technical documents. Upload evidence to SharePoint or other project systems and meet audit/verification requirements. Maintain Landowner enrolment documentation records and database.
- Follow‑up & Continuous Improvement – Daily reporting on conversion (Lead → Farmer Field School – Landowner visit – Expression of Interest – Binding Contract) risks, and action plans per bottleneck. Track communication reach/engagement (Farmer Field School attendance, material usage, local channel interactions) and its correlation with EOI conversion. Update sales scripts, segment sheets, and the commercial playbook based on lessons learned and performance data.
