Senior Production Controller (f/m/d)
Your Tasks

- Perform monthly analysis of production figures and keymanufacturing performance indicators.
- Analyze production cost deviations and identify rootcauses and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate capacity utilization, includingthe impact of idle capacity on production costs.
- Develop and maintain production controlling guidelines,standards, and best practices.
- Lead the implementation and rollout of productioncontrolling processes across local entities.




- Ensure consistent application of production costingmethodologies and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and localmanagement teams to improve production performance and cost transparency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related toproduction planning, costing, and operational efficiency.

Your Profile

- Approximately 5-10 years of experience in productioncontrolling, manufacturing finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA production processes.
- Solid understanding of production costing andmanufacturing accounting principles.
- Experience working within a production or manufacturingenvironment.
- Proven ability to design, standardize, and roll outprocesses across multiple locations or legal entities.
- Strong understanding of production cost variances,capacity utilization, and the financial impact of idle capacity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder managementcapabilities.
- Experience working in an international manufacturingorganization.
- Experience in process improvement or transformationinitiatives.
- Ability to translate complex operational andfinancial data into actionable insights
