- Monitor Peru factory output against plan, identify shortfalls early and coordinate corrective actions before customer delivery windows are affected.
- Track inventory across Peru, in-transit shipments, co-packer and U.
S. warehouses to minimize shortages, excess stock and avoidable carrying costs. International Logistics & Supplier Management
- Coordinate ocean freight,

export documentation, customs brokers, port movements and domestic transport across Peru-to-U.

- Manage freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), co-packing partners, packaging suppliers and distribution providers; hold partners accountable for timing, service and cost.
- Coordinate sourcing, procurement and delivery of packaging materials in Peru and internationally, including supplier lead times, specifications and import requirements as applicable.
- Own day-to-day coordination with our current U.
S. co-packer: production scheduling, materials availability, quality holds, packaging output and outbound shipping readiness.
- Ensure U.
S. retailer orders ship accurately and on time; coordinate EDI, ASNs, routing guides, compliance documentation and chargeback prevention with the U.
S. team and external partners.
- Maintain required freight, customs, traceability and applicable retailer/import compliance records, working with quality and specialist providers where appropriate. Costs, Systems & Management Reporting
- Build and maintain practical trackers and dashboards for production attainment, inventory, active shipments, delivery risks and total landed cost by SKU/customer.

co-packing and warehousing costs; validate vendor invoices with Finance and identify savings opportunities.
- Deliver concise weekly updates to Peru and U.

- If the project is approved, support equipment/supplier selection, line readiness, packaging-material planning, operating procedures and phased implementation with the Peru production team. WHO YOU ARE We need someone who has personally run complex supply chain operations—not just overseen specialists—and who is comfortable building processes in a growing business.
- At least 5 years (ideally 7–12) in supply chain, operations, logistics or production planning, preferably in food, beverage, agro-industrial exports or CPG manufacturing.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to lead factory/vendor conversations in Spanish and write clear reports and join calls with U.
S. leadership in English.
- Hands‑on experience with Peruvian export logistics, international ocean freight, customs and freight partners; U.
S.-bound shipments are especially relevant.
- Experience coordinating external manufacturers/co-packers, suppliers, 3PLs and warehouses across different locations or countries.
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and comfort using ERP, inventory, reporting or planning systems; able to create useful tracking tools without a large support team.
- Based in Peru and able to visit our Pisco-area facility approximately once per week, adjusting as operational nee
