? Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for building integral teams? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple international regions, with a strong focus on LATAM and PHILIPPINES.

? Location: Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, Argentina, Mexico and Honduras

? Modality: On-site

? Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

?️ English: Advanced (C1 Required)

? Experience: 2+ Years

✅ Requirements (Must Have)

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting internationally across multiple regions
- Experience recruiting candidates in LATAM and the PHILIPPINES (Europe is a strong plus).
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach




- Experience conducting interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience working with ATS platforms
- Excellent use of the AI tools

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-region organizations
- Background in Staffing, RPO, or complex recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting across diverse international labor markets
- Exposure to global HR practices and employment regulations
- Previous experience recruiting in Europe
