We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who has genuinely built something from the ground up. We’re specifically looking for candidates with hands‑on 0-to-1 marketing experience, ideally someone who has been part of the core team behind a breakout project, growing it from relative obscurity to significant market traction, primarily through organic and viral growth strategies rather than large paid‑media budgets.

What you’ll do

- Lead regional marketing strategy and execution with a strong focus on organic growth, viral/earned marketing, and brand‑building from the ground up;
- Build brand awareness and market presence in regions where the brand currently has limited recognition;
- Develop and execute creative, resource‑efficient campaigns that generate outsized engagement and visibility;
- Adapt global brand strategy for local market nuances while maintaining consistency;
- Work cross‑functionally with regional and integral teams to align on brand direction and growth priorities.

What you’ll need





- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Over 8 years of experience in Marketing (experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Traditional Finance is beneficial);
- Native or fluent proficiency in English,Chinese is a plus;
- Proven experience taking a brand or product from 0 to 1, with specific, verifiable examples of organic/viral growth achieved under resource constraints;
- Strong track record in global or multi‑regional branding, with demonstrated cultural fluency across different markets;
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and hands‑on — comfortable executing directly rather than solely directing large teams or vendors;
- Based in and able to work core hours aligned with Asia, Europe, or Middle East time zones;
- Strong understanding of growth marketing fundamentals and digital channels, with creativity and execution valued over reliance on large budgets.
