ABOUT BRANCHOUT FOODS

BranchOut Foods (NASDAQ: BOF) makes better-for-you dried snacks using proprietary REV (Radiant Energy Vacuum) drying technology. We operate a manufacturing facility in Peru with more than 300 employees. Our products sell through Sam’s Club, Costco and Target, alongside private-label and industrial ingredient businesses.

THE ROLE

Your goal: Deliver high-quality product, on time, at the lowest possible total landed cost.

You will own the end-to-end supply chain—from production plans at our Peru facility to finished goods reaching major U.S. retailers and ingredient customers. This is a hands‑on role: you will coordinate directly with our factory team, shipping partners, packaging suppliers, U.S. co-packer, warehouses and distribution partners, while creating clear tracking and accountability for every stage.

Today, most finished-product packaging is completed by a U.S. co-packer after bulk ingredients are exported from Peru. Over time, BranchOut may bring more packaging operations in-house in Peru. You will help evaluate that opportunity and, if approved, lead the supply chain and operating transition in partnership with plant leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Translate retailer purchase orders and demand forecasts into production and inventory requirements; maintain a rolling 12-week plan across branded, private-label and ingredient channels.
- Monitor Peru factory output against plan, identify shortfalls early and coordinate corrective actions before customer delivery windows are affected.
- Track inventory across Peru, in-transit shipments, co-packer and U.S. warehouses to minimize shortages, excess stock and avoidable carrying costs.

International Logistics & Supplier Management

- Coordinate ocean freight, export documentation, customs brokers, port movements and domestic transport across Peru-to-U.S. lanes, including shipments to co-packers and industrial customers.
- Manage freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), co-packing partners, packaging suppliers and distribution providers; hold partners accountable for timing, service and cost.
- Coordinate sourcing, procurement and delivery of packaging materials in Peru and internationally, including supplier lead times, specifications and import requirements as applicable.
- Own day-to-day coordination with our current U.S.

co-packer: production scheduling, materials availability, quality holds, packaging output and outbound shipping readiness.
- Ensure U.S. retailer orders ship accurately and on time; coordinate EDI, ASNs, routing guides, compliance documentation and chargeback prevention with the U.S. team and external partners.
- Maintain required freight, customs, traceability and applicable retailer/import compliance records, working with quality and specialist providers where appropriate.

Costs, Systems & Management Reporting

- Build and maintain practical trackers and dashboards for production attainment, inventory, active shipments, delivery risks and total landed cost by SKU/customer.
- Compare expected versus presente freight, packaging, co-packing and warehousing costs; validate vendor invoices with Finance and identify savings opportunities.
- Deliver concise weekly updates to Peru and U.S. leadership, highlighting issues, owners, timelines and decisions needed.

Future Opportunity: Packaging Operations in Peru

- Help evaluate the business case for moving finished-product packaging closer to manufacturing, including capital, labor, material sourcing, quality, compliance, freight, inventory and customer-service implications.
- If the project is approved, support equipment/supplier selection, line readiness, packaging-material planning, operating procedures and phased implementation with the Peru production team.

WHO YOU ARE

We need someone who has personally run complex supply chain operations—not just overseen specialists—and who is comfortable building processes in a growing business.

- At least 5 years (ideally 7–12) in supply chain, operations, logistics or production planning, preferably in food, beverage, agro-industrial exports or CPG manufacturing.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to lead factory/vendor conversations in Spanish and write clear reports and join calls with U.S. leadership in English.

- Hands‑on experience with Peruvian export logistics, international ocean freight, customs and freight partners; U.S.-bound shipments are especially relevant.
- Experience coordinating external manufacturers/co-packers, suppliers, 3PLs and warehouses across different locations or countries.
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and comfort using ERP, inventory, reporting or planning systems; able to create useful tracking tools without a large support team.
- Based in Peru and able to visit our Pisco-area facility approximately once per week, adjusting as operational needs or major projects require; candidates do not need to live in Pisco. Occasional U.S. travel may be required.
- Organized, proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of details while working across Peru and U.S. time zones.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with consumer food packaging lines, pouch filling/sealing, packaging equipment commissioning or bringing co-packing in-house.
- Knowledge of U.S. mass/club retailer logistics and EDI (such as TrueCommerce), ERP systems (such as NetSuite), or U.S. import requirements.
- Experience with food safety, traceability, FSMA, CTPAT, organic/Kosher programs or industrial food ingredients.
- Experience scaling a supply chain through major retailer launches or rapid demand growth.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Ownership of a cross-border supply chain with direct visibility to the leadership team and real scope to reduce costs and improve performance.
- Competitive Salary based on experience and scope. Bonus potential and equity eligibility may be considered.
- Employment benefits under the applicable Peruvian employment arrangement, with meaningful professional growth and the opportunity to help develop future in-house packaging capabilities.

THE HONEST PART

This role is hands‑on and dynamic. There is no large dedicated U.S. supply chain team to handle the details for you. You will work closely with an established Peru manufacturing team while personally driving coordination, reporting and follow‑through across external partners. Our potential shift toward in‑house packaging is a future project—not a replacement for excellent execution today.

BranchOut Foods is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome qualified candidates from all backgrounds.
