FUNCIÓN
Atender llamadas y gestionar citas de asegurados.
Aplicar protocolos de atención de EsSalud.
Validar datos y acreditación del asegurado.
Gestionar, registrar y dar seguimiento a citas.
Resolver consultas y brindar información.
HORARIO DE LUNES A DOMINGO DESCANSO ROTATIVO UNA VEZ A LA SEMANA

REQUISITOS
Experiencia min 6 meses como teleoperador en agendamiento de citas por llamadas atención al cliente.
Estudios a partir de 3er ciclo para adelante, sea carrera técnica o universitaria.
Manejo de herramientas de Word, Excel, Power Point a nivel intermedio.
