Job Description

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Engineer specializing in Material Review and Compliance to support technical architectural material reviews for a major High-Speed Rail project.

Responsibilities

- Oversee architectural material selection, specification reviews, and compliance verification across railway depot buildings.

- Review architectural material technical submittals against project specifications and approved requirements.

- Verify technical data sheets, compliance statements, certifications, and supporting documentation.

- Ensure architectural materials align with sustainability, aesthetic, and technical project requirements.

- Review material compliance with applicable sustainability requirements, LEED principles, and UAE Green Building Regulations.

- Coordinate material approvals with architectural design, engineering, procurement, and quality teams.





- Identify material deviations and follow up on technical clarifications.

- Maintain material review and approval records.

- Ensure submitted materials meet applicable standards and project requirements.
