- they’re the product. We’re hiring a Research / Delivery Engineer to work closely with our CTO and scientific team on technology for Human Risk Intelligence. Your job is to turn experimental research into clean, reproducible, reliable software: backend services, data pipelines, testing infrastructure, research tooling, and auditable analytical systems. What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of professional software delivery experience
- Strong Python skills, with solid backend / API development experience
- Hands-on experience with databases, data modelling, and reliable data access patterns
- Comfort building and maintaining tests, CI/CD, and delivery workflows




- Experience with data pipelines or research-adjacent systems
- Ability to work from ambiguous research inputs and ship production-ready systems
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Willing to travel/relocate to Vienna
- Who already have a full-time work visa/permit/eligible to work in Austria Nice to have
- Research software, ML, or data-intensive systems
- Privacy-sensitive or regulated applications
- Auditable / reproducible analytical systems
- Experience collaborating with scientists or research teams You don’t need to know our research domain already. You do need to enjoy turning hard problems into systems that hold up.
