The hours for this position are from 8AM to 6PM CST, 5 days a week including weekends
Key Responsabilities
Answer inbound calls from customers reporting new auto accidents.
Collect essential details for claim setup from various parties, including claimants, policyholders,
attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and body shops.
Accurately enter claim information into internal system Modotech and generate the claim.
Provide reporting parties with claim number, instructions for submitting photos, police reports,
and other relevant documents for review.
Open claim features for property damage and or bodily injury based on information provided.
Upload the FNOL call to the file.
Generate and send letters of acknowledgment once claims are assigned.
Translate for adjusters as needed, including status updates or full recorded statements. If a
recorded statement is translated, the phone call must also be uploaded to the claim file.
Upon receipt of police reports Update any missing claim information,
Mail out any pending acknowledgment letters and ask the assigned adjuster with notes indicating the report is ready and advise of any updates made.
Skills Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Understanding and relating to customer frustration.
Experience in an insurance or claimsrelated role preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
