CORE5 GROUP EIRL is a Peruvian company that provides accounting and back-office services to U.S. companies, including businesses in the construction industry. We’re looking for a bilingual Senior Accountant to lead the accounting function and take our financial processes to the next level.

Responsibilities

- Lead the accounting function, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Peruvian tax regulations.
- Run the monthly close with the goal of making it faster, standardized, and reliable.
- Design and implement internal control improvements.
- Automate key processes, such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and transaction recording.
- Oversee recording and categorization in QuickBooks Online, including project-based job costing.
- Deliver timely financial reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, project reports) that support decision‑making for our U.S. clients.




- Drive financial transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; licensed Peruvian CPA (CPC).
- At least 4-5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong command of US GAAP, IFRS, and Peruvian tax regulations.
- Proven track record of shortening the close cycle and automating reconciliations.
- Advanced QuickBooks Online and Excel skills.
- Advanced English.
