Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.

- Analyze current business processes and identify transformation and optimization opportunities.

- Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.

- Create business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.

- Support solution design and validation activities across Finance and Supply Chain functions.

- Collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.

- Support data validation, reporting, and reconciliation activities.

- Assist with deployment planning, training, and post-production stabilization.

- Provide ongoing business process and application support.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.

- Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.





- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.

- Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong experience with

Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS

Experience supporting in any of the two below:

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record to Report

- Order-to-Cash (O2C)

- Supply Chain Operations

- Financial Planning and Reporting

- Finance Transformation initiatives

- Experience working in large hitech enterprise environments.

- Exposure to testing, data migration, and ERP transformation programs.
