We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to support our Recruitment operations and Onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations while working with a collaborative, remote team.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Candidate Support

- Conduct structured initial interviews with RBT candidates using established interview guides and evaluation criteria.
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Assess candidates' communication skills, availability, relevant experience, and alignment with BH Field's values.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update our applicant tracking system.

HR Administration & Onboarding

- Support with Data Collection training and onboarding.
- Monitor and follow up on Ensora data collection trainings , helping ensure RBTs complete their assigned trainings and are prepared to use the platform.
- Assist with scheduling training sessions and communicating instructions to new hires.




- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed.

Team Collaboration

- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, employees, and internal team members.
- Handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion.

What We're Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required , including strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- An interest/background in Human Resources, Recruitment, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with candidates and conducting professional follow-ups.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- A willingness to learn new HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
