Work Modality: On-site for the first 60 days, then remote We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support Case Managers and Attorneys in handling California Personal Injury matters. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of California Personal Injury procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities - Support Case Managers and Attorneys throughout the case lifecycle - Assist with case management, client communication, and document preparation - Maintain accurate and organized case files - Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, insurance representatives, and medical providers - Track case-related tasks, documentation,



and deadlines - Update information in the firm's legal case management system - Handle sensitive legal and client information with confidentiality - Collaborate with the legal team to ensure cases progress efficiently Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant within a Personal Injury law firm - Experience with California Personal Injury law and procedures is mandatory - Advanced English proficiency, C1 or higher - Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and legal case management software - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment - High school diploma or equivalent required - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Preferred - Experience with comparable legal case management platforms - Experience communicating with clients, attorneys, insurance representatives, and medical providers Join a growing U.S. legal team and take your career to the next level!
