REQUIRED EXPERTISE

Bid management, procurement documentation, compliance mapping and persuasive evidence. Genuine, demonstrated experience in this specific specialization, including previously completed projects for UAE, Saudi Arabian or other GCC clients. Relevant GCC business experience must be supported by completed client work, not residence alone. Work independently, meet agreed deadlines and respect confidentiality and review rounds. Do not claim regulated approval or a guaranteed commercial outcome.

LANGUAGE AND RESIDENCE

Applicants must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates; nationality alone does not establish residence. Prior completed projects for UAE, Saudi Arabian or other GCC clients are also mandatory. State whether you independently deliver in English, Arabic or both, supported by relevant completed-work evidence in each language claimed. A bilingual assignment will be allocated only after both language capabilities are verified.
