As a Program Director based in the UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of large-scale technology transformation programs, cross-functional delivery teams, financial governance, and stakeholder alignment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include orchestrating complex digital transformation roadmaps, managing program budgets, allocating enterprise resources, mitigating strategic risks, aligning technology solutions with corporate business goals, leading executive stakeholder engagements, and mentoring project management professionals.



You will utilize your proactive problem-solving and executive leadership skills to resolve complex programmatic bottlenecks under strict enterprise service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and direct end-to-end large-scale technology and digital transformation programs from inception to successful operational delivery.

- Drive strategic planning, architectural alignment, and long-term innovation roadmaps across enterprise business units.
- Manage complex multi-project portfolios, comprehensive program budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Establish robust risk management frameworks, governance structures, issue escalation paths, and mitigation strategies.
- Leverage deep knowledge of emerging technologies, cloud solutions, and enterprise software architectures to guide strategic choices.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent executive stakeholder relationships, steering committee alignment, and vendor partnerships.
- Provide expert leadership, mentorship, and professional development guidance to project managers and delivery teams.
- Author meticulous executive status reports, governance charters, program business cases, and strategic milestone sign-offs.

Required Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive professional experience in program management, technology leadership, and digital transformation.
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in strategic planning, program governance, financial budgeting, and large-scale execution.
- Proven practical experience managing complex cross-functional projects, distributed resources, and enterprise risks.
- Deep practical knowledge of emerging technologies, enterprise software ecosystems, and digital solution architectures.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution capabilities under high-pressure environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong executive presentation and board-level reporting abilities.
- Mandatory legal work eligibility and availability for permanent executive operations in the UAE. Nice-to-Have Skills - Professional project and program management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PgMP, or equivalent credentials.
- Prior professional working experience in top-tier technology consulting firms, general system integrators, or enterprise digital agencies.
