- Manage daily Human Resources and General Affairs operations to ensure efficient and compliant workplace administration.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll, and employee benefits administration accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and internal company policies.
- Prepare, maintain, and update Human Resources documents, employee records, and management reports.
- Liaise with government authorities and external vendors regarding operational and administrative matters.
- Support employee engagement programs, training activities, and other Human Resources initiatives.
- Oversee office facilities, company assets, procurement, and general administrative activities.
