Redstone Search Group are working with a primary aluminium manufacturing company looking to hire a Maintenance Services Managerto join their team based in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

- Lead the technical maintenance function within a large-scale aluminium production environment, managing maintenance services across a complex, continuous-process industrial plant.
- Oversee multidisciplinary maintenance activities spanning mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, fabrication, machining, HVAC, cranes, vehicles, fire systems and civil/infrastructure assets.
- Take overall responsibility for plant maintenance execution, ensuring planned and corrective work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high technical standard.
- Drive equipment reliability and plant availability, working closely with Operations, Planning and Reliability teams to improve maintenance programmes and resolve technical issues.
- Role reports to the Chief Technical Officer

Key Qualifications / Experience

- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience,



including 5+ years in management, with a strong technical maintenance background in aluminium, metals processing or a comparable heavy industrial environment. Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary maintenance team is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher, with strong expertise in systematic maintenance, asset/facilities management, project management, HSE and reliability improvement.
- Strong understanding of the maintenance within aluminium operations, ideally gained within a smelter or similarly complex, asset-intensive production facility.
- Broad multidisciplinary maintenance expertise, with strong exposure to mechanical maintenance alongside electrical, instrumentation, fabrication, machining and plant infrastructure.
- Role is to be located in Doha, Qatar
