What will make you the right talent for us?
Bachelor?s degree or professional qualification in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, technical, and specialized positions.
Experience in training and development, including coordination and follow-up of annual training plans and learning initiatives.




Experience supporting or managing performance management and talent development processes.
Experience in organizational climate, employee engagement, internal communications, and culture initiatives.
Experience managing onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
Experience preparing and analyzing HR metrics and management reports.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Advanced English is required, as the position will interact with international stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and results-oriented skills.
Availability to work on-site in San Isidro, Monday through Friday.
