- DevelopSOPs from scratch and managing the entire process through finalization and approval routing.
- Manage and regularly update the company’s SOPs to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Improve operational efficiency by optimizing existing business processes.
- Provide business process improvement recommendations to enhance quality and productivity.
- Ensure employees have a good understanding of the company’s SOPs and business processes.
- Support the implementation of SOPs and quality standards across all divisions.
- Support and actively participate in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 awareness activities.
- Provide support in the preparation and execution of audits and management reviews.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in SOP management and business process improvement.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and develop improvement recommendations.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Good understanding of industry standards and practices in the energy and maritime transportation sectors.
- Good communication in English,



both spoken and written.
