We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to spearhead the SAP SF solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Implement, configure and test solutions to ensure they meet client needs
- Provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors functionality and usage
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide training to end-users
- Resolve system issues and defects in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and features.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience with HR processes and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
