You love creative, high-level cuisine and want to spend the winter season 2026/27 in one of Tyrol’s best-known ski resorts? A 4*S hotel in Ischgl is looking for you as Chef de Partie – with free accommodation, meals and €2,400–2,600 net per month.

- You run your station independently and with high quality standards.
- You prepare dishes for half board and upscale gourmet cuisine.
- You take care of mise en place, goods inspection and hygiene (HACCP).
- You work closely with the kitchen team and support commis and apprentices.

What you bring

- Completed chef training
- Work experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally in upscale gastronomy
- German skills at least at level B1
- Passion for cooking, team spirit and looking forward to a season in the mountains

What you can expect

- Salary: €2,400–2,600 net per month (above the Tyrolean collective agreement)
- Accommodation: free single room in a shared flat for staff members, within walking distance of the hotel (Wi-Fi, TV, balcony)
- Meals: 2 meals a day, free of charge
- Working hours: 6-day week, split shifts
