NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking Youth Counselors for two Intensive Residential Treatment Programs in Westborough, MA.

These roles offer an hourly rate of $22 and provide full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities within DMH-referred, state-wide residential programs for youths with serious mental health or emotional needs. You will provide direct care, ensure youth safety, and help youths develop life skills in a trauma-informed setting.
