People Team
Our mission is to take care of our people. Therefore, our team of 20 teammates is involved in many different steps of the “lifecycle of our employees”: From recruiting Sollers to onboarding them to our company to giving them opportunities to develop their skills.
By daily supporting them, we help them grow and feel comfortable in the company.
About Sollers Consulting:
Sollers Consulting is more than a consultancy and software integrator. As a company founded in 2000, our mission has been to transform the financial & insurance industries by helping them adapt to new technologies.
The power of collaboration and the limitless potential of Sollers people are at the root of our success. We strive to be the best at what we do, both in the eyes of our team and our customers. We put people at the heart of every project.
Join us and make Sollers be driven by… you!
About the role. You will:
- Be our first HR point of contact in Peru, supporting the local team throughout the whole employee lifecycle, from Recruitment, Employer Branding to other HR areas.
- Manage local talent pools, make initial contact with candidates and track recruitment processes locally, working closely with our Talent Acquisition team.
- Support recruitment and business meeting preparation, and contribute to employer branding activities in the Peruvian market.
- Support running onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every employee receives, signs and registers all required documentation.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and labor policies in line with Peruvian labor law.
- Support payroll processes locally: collect and prepare employee documentation, handle printed documents and represent the company at local offices and institutions when needed.
- Manage absences and vacations in compliance with local labor law, and receive and validate medical leave documentation.
- Manage the relationship with the insurance broker (enrollments, terminations, claims reporting, policy renewals and the annual health plan voting process) and coordinate claims with medical clinics.
- Organize mandatory trainings and committee elections required by law (e.g. Occupational Health & Safety Committee).
- Manage internal communication and help organize local events and team integration activities.
- In the initial phase, support office operations while our local office is being set up: cooperation with building administration and office space providers, reception, deliveries, ordering office supplies and groceries, and shipping company materials.
About the requirements. You need:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Administration or HR & Payroll role, ideally in an international company.
- Good knowledge of Peruvian labor law and HR administrative procedures (e.g. SUNAFIL, EsSalud/EPS, mandatory committees and trainings).
- Hands-on experience with employee documentation and the onboarding/offboarding processes.
- First experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT organization and to adapt to a changing, growing environment.
- Good self-organization skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and readiness to take ownership of setting things up from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
- A sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent Spanish and very good English (at least B2/C1 level).
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel).
About the wishes. Nice to haves:
- Experience in payroll or close cooperation with external payroll providers.
- Experience working with health insurance brokers or EPS.
- Experience in employer branding or organizing employee events.
- Experience in a start-up, scale-up or newly opened entity.
About our promises. We can offer:

- A chance to be promoted twice a year and a clearly defined career path with salary forecast.
- Opportunities for growth with a training budget that you can use for courses and conferences. We also provide access to an online training platform and co-fund language classes.
- An internal coach to guide you through the onboarding, further training and career opportunities, plus a budget to be used for your lunches together.
- A chance to #domore for the planet and the community as part of Sollers Change Makers – our volunteering program.
- Lots of teambuilding activities, trips, hobby groups and cultural events to create a company powered by teamwork.
- Probably all the benefits you can think of!
