About us

Mantra Media Network is an independent record label and creative agency based in Miami. We work with artists and brands across Latin America and the United States, and we’re growing our production and content team.

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Content Producer based in Lima. Most of your work will be remote, with occasional in-person production days in Peru. You’ll create content for the artists and projects we work with and produce.

What you’ll do

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and longer formats depending on the project.
- Take part in in-person production days, including recording sessions, content shoots, and events.
- Capture footage and support the team on set to make sure we have the material needed for the edit.
- Use Canva to create graphics and animations for videos.
- Meet deadlines and keep your project files organized.

What we’re looking for

- Strong video editing skills and a practical understanding of what makes social content work.




- A good visual eye and confidence working in an editing timeline. You don’t need years of experience.
- Availability for in-person production days scheduled in advance.
- Confidence shooting with a phone or camera and capturing footage that works well in the edit.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Organization, clear communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Your own smartphone capable of capturing high-quality video, plus a computer suitable for video editing and everyday work, with the necessary software installed.
