QA/UAT Specialist – Financial Sector (Hybrid - Lima)

At GFT, a global AI-centric digital transformation company, we're looking for a QA/UAT Specialist to join migration, implementation and technology transformation projects in the financial sector, ensuring solution quality before go-live. Hybrid role in Lima, Peru (UTC-5), Monday to Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Define, plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end test strategies, including UAT

- Design and run integration and regression tests

- Manage, track and prioritize defects

- Define and apply test entry and exit criteria

- Assess production readiness and manage go-live risks and dependencies

- Ensure traceability across requirements, test cases, results, defects and UAT sign-off

- Coordinate with financial entities, vendors, third parties and internal teams

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in QA and UAT

- Migration, implementation or technology transformation projects





- Integration and regression testing

- Test evidence and documentation

- Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps or similar

- Financial sector experience, ideally in acquiring, payments, cards or transaction processing

- Multi-team and stakeholder coordination

- Handling and validation of sensitive data
