About the role

As a PHP Programmer, you will build and improve web applications, APIs, and internal platforms used by our clients and delivery teams. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and infrastructure specialists throughout the development lifecycle.The role covers solution design, clean implementation, code review, automated testing, production support, and performance optimization. You will be expected to understand business requirements and translate them into maintainable technical solutions.We value engineers who communicate clearly, document important decisions, and continuously improve the reliability and security of the systems they own.

What we’re looking for

- At least 3 years of professional PHP development experience
- Strong experience with Laravel or Symfony and their core architectural patterns
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and common design patterns
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs with clear validation and error handling




- Proficiency with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and transactions
- Experience writing unit and integration tests using PHPUnit or Pest
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux environments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment is preferred
- Awareness of OWASP guidance, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
