En Natura Megaplaza Independencia buscamos conectar con tu talento! ¿Te apasiona el cuidado personal, el bienestar y la belleza que genera un impacto positivo en el mundo? Estamos buscando un(a) Vendedor(a) Full Time para nuestra tienda en Megaplaza Independencia que desee transformar cada interacción en una experiencia memorable.

Tu propósito en este rol (Funciones): Atención y asesoramiento al cliente efectivo para garantizar una experiencia de compra satisfactoria. Funciones operativas (apertura y cierre de tienda, resposición de stock, recepción de mercadería, etc.). Establecer y mantener una conexión sólida entre el cliente y la empresa. Identificar y atraer a nuevos compradores. Conocer a la competencia y lanzamientos del mercado.

Lo que buscamos en ti (Requisitos):

- Experiencia previa en el rubro de belleza, retail o consumo masivo.
- Deseable conocimiento o pasión por la cosmetología, maquillaje y perfumería.
- Actitud empática, orientación al servicio y gusto por el trabajo en equipo.
