At KSR General, we are looking for an Operations Manager for a fintech that is launching operations in Peru. You will be the person on the ground who gets the operation ready for launch, and the foundation of the future operations team.

We are looking for someone who executes: who picks up the phone, follows up and gets things moving with vendors, banks and credit bureaus, quickly and with autonomy. Extensive experience is not required. What matters most is your bias for action.

What you will do

- Act as the local point of contact with key vendors and partners (credit bureaus, banks, payment providers and others), managing communications and follow-up.
- Lead pre-launch readiness: vendor onboarding, contracts, bank accounts, service setup and operational checklists.
- Design, document and implement the processes for loan origination, disbursement, payments and collections.
- Set up disbursement and repayment channels, including daily reconciliations with banks and payment providers.
- Support regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, consumer protection, data protection) together with legal and compliance advisors.
- Build the operations OKRs with the CEO and track operational KPIs.
- Manage vendor SLAs, costs and invoices.
- Coordinate with the commercial, risk,



technology and customer service teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements and automation.
- Lay the groundwork for the future operations team: role definitions, hiring support and onboarding.
- Prepare status reports for the CEO and the leadership team.
