Are you an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a passion for connecting top healthcare professionals with outstanding career opportunities?

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused recruiter to join a growing healthcare staffing organization. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and work with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, allied health professionals, and travel nursing candidates across the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement
- Source healthcare talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Work closely with clients to deliver qualified healthcare professionals
- Maintain ATS and CRM records accurately
- Meet recruiting, placement, and pipeline goals

Requirements:




- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- 1.5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals within the U.S. market
- Full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred:
- Experience recruiting physicians, NPs, PAs, and allied healthcare professionals
- Experience in healthcare staffing agencies
- Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance processes
- Experience recruiting both permanent and contract healthcare professionals.
