Singa(On-site)Posted on 16 October 2026Responsibilities:- Lead process discovery workshops and analyse current-state processes.- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation and control enhancement.- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.- Develop future-state process and solution designs.- Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management and business sign-off.- Support change management, communications, training and user adoption activities.- Track and validate transformation benefits and process improvements

Requirements: Qualifications- Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent

Specific Skills/Knowledge- Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Transformation or Shared Services environments- Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design- Experience leading UAT and implementation activities
