As a Senior In-house Consultant Success Factors - Focus on Integrations, you will play a central role in the further development of our global HR IT landscape and help provide modern, integrated solutions for our employees worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensuring the stable operation and continuous further development of the SAP Success Factors modules, including 2nd & 3rd level support
- Design, configuration, and administration of the Success Factors platform, including Foundation and cross‑modular functions
- Participation in group‑wide HR‑IT transformation projects, including data migration and integration of new solutions
- Close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders, as well as coordination of external implementation and service partners
- Analysis of technical requirements, evaluation of new functionalities,



and active contribution to the design of the HR system architecture

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Completed education (HTL, FH, university) in computer science, business informatics, human resources management or comparable experience
- At least 3.5 years of relevant experience with SAP Success Factors or SAP systems; basic knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
- Ideally, experience with S/4HANA, BTP, IAS, Integration Suite or SAC as well as with large HR‑IT transformation projects
- Analytical mindset, high willingness to learn, structured way of working, and strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer orientation and very good German and English skills; SAP Success Factors certification is an advantage

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
