What we're looking for

- Recent hands-on campaign execution
- Personal campaign/spend ownership
- Proven optimization decision-making
- Understanding of CPA, conversion, ROAS and basic LTV
- Creative testing experience
- Strong numerical reasoning
- B2C or DTC experience
- Full comfort with explicit creatives
- B2B contractor acceptance
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
