Your Responsibilities

- Manage selected operational controlling areas and ensure the timely execution of related controlling activities
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes as well as project controlling
- Further develop and optimize controlling, reporting and management tools
- Identify key areas for improvement in close collaboration with business departments and support the implementation of related measures
- Prepare decision-relevant analyses, investment appraisals and business case evaluations
- Independently develop reports, KPIs and management tools in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Be responsible for the controlling of an international subsidiary

Your Profile

- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field, with a focus on Controlling
- At least 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally within an international corporate environment
- Strong analytical skills,



a high affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of business and financial interrelationships
- Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and a self-reliant, hands‑on working style
- Advanced Excel skills, hands‑on experience with ERP systems and a strong affinity for digital tools and technologies
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
