Lead and inspire Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards across all dining venues.Drive revenue growth through innovative promotions, engaging events, menu development, and guest-focused experiences.Partner with culinary and operational teams to create concepts that delight guests and keep pace with evolving market trends.Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to achieve operational excellence and financial targets.Develop, coach, and empower a diverse team, fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous learning.Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and JA quality standards while maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction.Analyze performance metrics, P&L; results, food costs,



and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.What We're Looking For

University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality ManagementMinimum 4 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a quality hospitality environmentStrong understanding of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operationsProven success in launching promotions, concepts, and revenue-generating initiativesExperience leading and developing multicultural teamsStrong financial acumen with knowledge of menu engineering, cost control, inventory management, and P&L; performanceAdvanced Food Hygiene knowledge and beverage expertise are highly valuedExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalWhy JA Hatta Fort Hotel?
