We are passionate about hospitality, authentic in our connections, and committed to Giving Our All every day for our guests, colleagues, and each other.What You'll Do- Lead and inspire Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards across all dining venues.- Drive revenue growth through innovative promotions, engaging events, menu development, and guest-focused experiences.- Partner with culinary and operational teams to create concepts that delight guests and keep pace with evolving market trends.- Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to achieve operational excellence and financial targets.- Develop, coach, and empower a diverse team, fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous learning.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and JA quality standards while maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction.- Analyze performance metrics, P&L; results, food costs,



and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.What We're Looking For- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a quality hospitality environment- Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations- Proven success in launching promotions, concepts, and revenue-generating initiatives- Experience leading and developing multicultural teams- Strong financial acumen with knowledge of menu engineering, cost control, inventory management, and P&L; performance- Advanced Food Hygiene knowledge and beverage expertise are highly valued- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalWhy JA Hatta Fort Hotel?Because hospitality is more than service.
