This is a hands-on role from day one: the Commercial Manager will go straight out to sell and must prove they know how it is done. Especially at the beginning, they are expected to spend a significant part of their time in the field, building relationships with potential clients (example: retailers), onboarding partners and directly supporting commercial activities, while recruiting, training and leading a future team of field sales team.
