You will manage the workflows used to collect, annotate, process, and analyze human data for AI training. The role combines operational planning with hands‑on data-quality oversight and process improvement.

- Design, build, and manage data annotation, collection, processing, and analysis workflows.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, or KPIs, for operational performance.
- Analyze datasets, identify useful findings, and communicate data-based recommendations.
- Create reporting frameworks and coordinate data strategies across functions.
- Improve processes for scalability, data integrity, and consistent quality.
- Take ownership of operational problems and help resolve them proactively.

- Professional fluency in English.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data analytics, industrial engineering, operations management, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Technical ability in data analysis, annotation, data management, or workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with operational processes and the ability to explain data-based findings clearly in writing and conversation.
- Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and care for data quality and validation.
- Prior AI experience is not required.
- Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or SQL can support the reporting and analysis work.
- Internship or project experience in data management, machine learning, human data, or process optimization is relevant.
