Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to strengthen MAGNiTT’s brand presence across digital platforms and turn our data into campaigns that reach and convert the right audiences.

You’ll own the full campaign lifecycle: using audience data and insights to plan, then creating, launching, and optimising. You’ll work closely with the design, content and research teams to position MAGNiTT as the go-to platform for venture data in Emerging Markets while shaping how we use AI tools to make the marketing function faster, smarter and more effective.

A good candidate will look to do the following:

- Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Linked In, Instagram, X and other relevant platforms, from brief to post-campaign review;




- Drive daily social media activity and publish according to the content calendar, keeping tone and messaging consistent;
- Use AI tools to speed up content creation, repurposing, audience research, reporting and campaign ideation;
- Identify new opportunities to automate or improve marketing processes, in line with MAGNiTT’s data and AI usage guidelines;
- Create short-form video content and write strong, concise copy adapted to each platform;
- Analyse audience data, engagement metrics and campaign results to understand what resonates with them;
- Draw insights from MAGNiTT’s own data sets and research to shape campaign angles, messaging and targeting;
- Work with the content and research teams to turn data and research findings into engaging, social-first stories;
- Identify and test new content formats and campaign mechanics (polls, carousels, reels, paid and organic tests) to boost engagement and conversion;
- Drive traffic from social and campaign channels to MAGNiTT’s website and landing pages;
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and relevant conversations.

Job Requirements

- 3 to 4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or campaign management,



ideally in tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS;
- Proven track record of planning and running campaigns end-to-end, with measurable results;
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with platform analytics, spreadsheets, and data sets, and turning numbers into insights;
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, video/editing AI) in day-to-day marketing work;
- Experience using Linked In as a B2B platform;
- Fluent in English, with strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone to different platforms and audiences;
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach.

Interview Process

First Interview

A 30-minute video call with the hiring manager, where you can describe your background and highlight your strengths. This is a great opportunity to ask about the specifics of the position.

Technical Assignment

In this stage you’ll be given an assignment to work on, to present and discuss it with the hiring manager. Each assignment has been specifically designed for the respective position, and aims to assess your technical skills and thinking process.

Culture Interview

Our culture is a big part of MAGNiTT. With this in mind, our final stage interview is conducted by our employees.

You will meet 3 of our team members, who will assess if you’re a good fit for what we’re building at MAGNiTT. It’s also a great opportunity to ask our employees about how they feel working here.
