About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Technology Migration Lead to drive the migration of a legacy acquiring platform to a new payment processing solution.
In this role, you will lead the migration strategy, planning, coordination, and governance, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, accurate financial reconciliation, and a controlled cutover to the new platform.

You will work closely with the financial institution, technology provider, internal teams, and third-party partners to align scope, objectives, dependencies, risks, decisions, and go-live readiness across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and coordinate the end-to-end migration strategy, including cutover, rollback, and contingency plans.




• Develop and manage integrated migration plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical decisions.
• Coordinate data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation rules, integrity checks, and validation.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of balances, transactions, and data between legacy and target platforms.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions, aligning business, technology, operations, and external providers.
• Establish governance routines, escalate critical issues, and support decision-making at the appropriate level.
• Define and monitor go-live readiness criteria, ensuring operational stability and customer continuity throughout the transition.
