Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, providing expert advice and insights to support organizational growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor: influencing leadership decisions to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Talent Management & Workforce Planning:



support the business with the development of workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and career development programs. Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning and development strategies to build organizational capability.
• Change Management and projects: Support and lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee alignment with new ways of working.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting a culture of continuous feedback and accountability. Coach leaders to address underperformance effectively and recognize high potential.
