Position to work hybrid in Lima, Peru.
What to Expect:
• Be part of a divisional controlling team with strong business and finance acumen
• Oversee all aspects of monthly closing, reporting, and analysis for a dedicated divisional IS/ BS area
• Provide expert financial and accounting advice on new business initiatives, processes, and changes in accounting standards to different stakeholders
• Support monthly,
quarterly, annual internal and external reporting
• Ensure SOX controls and procedures are maintained and regularly performed
• Support requests from external and internal auditors
• Participate in finance projects for system improvements, reporting optimization, and other ad-hoc projects, including product support, within finance team
• Drive process and systems efficiencies in all areas of responsibility. Review, critically assess current systems, and recommend ways to achieve maximum optimization
To be successful you need to have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification or certification preferred, such as CPA, Chartered Accountant, or local equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial control, reporting, audit, or finance operations, preferably within a multinational e
